The Wisconsin
Legislature has recently passed a Mandatory Boating
Education Bill. This bill requires anyone born on or
after January 1st, 1989 and at least 16 years of age
to have a boating safety education certificate to
operate a motorboat on Wisconsin's waterways. If you
